Our Process
How long does it take to receive our film?
Once all the footage is filmed and processed, we give up to 8 weeks for the post production process. The product will be delivered any time between 2 and 8 weeks. We will be in touch during this process to ensure your peace of mind.
What gear do you use?
- We use modern DSLR Cameras that can capture 1080 and 4k footage. This allows a lot of flexibility in post production. We update each piece of gear as needed to ensure full functionality when it is most needed.
- We also use lav mics to ensure quality audio is captured during the ceremony.
- We own and operate motorized gimbals to capture silky smooth beautiful footage.
Do you provide drone cinenmatography?
Yes.
We capture aerial footage if the venue has approved of drone flight and the weather permits.

Do you have any digital restrictions on content?
We have no restrictions. As soon as full payment is accepted and approved, you will receive a downloadable link to all your content that you can use however and wherever you want. We do appreciate being mentioned if the video is posted online, but that is up to you.
Payment
How do we pay you?
We currently accept credit cards or checks.
Once we are further in the process, we will provide a form/link to submit a form of payment
What are your payment terms?
We require 50% up front and before we deliver the final polished product, we require full payment. We do not require any equipment fee. If there is a piece of equipment we don’t possess, we will rent as needed, and the price will be reflected in the contract/invoice. We will be able to discuss this in more detail as we go further into the booking process.
Do you only offer packages or do you offer custom options/pricing too?
We have a base package that we offer; however we are more than willing to work with you and your situation. Get in touch with us and we can help you navigate through this process. Our goal is to make it as streamlined and enjoyable as possible.
Do you have a late fee?
We don’t have a late fee. After the cut is approved by you, we will not deliver a final product until full payment is accepted.
